Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general, orders will ship within 2-5 business days. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment timeframe.
You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one business day after your order has been shipped. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with any requests as we are unable to make cancellations after we have started the shipment process. We are unable to credit back to credit cards once your order has been submitted but please call us during our regular web office hours so we can assist you as best as possible.
US Shipping Services
USPS Ground: Free for orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping fees of $6.95 will be applied at checkout on all domestic orders within the USA.
USPS Priority: $25
USPS Express Next Day: $45
In-store Pickup: Free!
All orders shipped within the United States are delivered by USPS, carefully packaged by our team.
Upon shipment, USPS can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days. For time sensitive, guaranteed date delivery, please select Priority or Next Day service. Orders with Express delivery will ship same day if placed by 1pm PST on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders with Express delivery that are placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.
The majority of orders will ship from our Spokane, WA locations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies at this time.

Pick Up in Store:
For our local customers near Spokane, WA, please feel free to pick up in store during regular store hours. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be ready. We also offer a FREE thank you gift along with every Pick Up order so there will be a fun surprise waiting for you as well!
Fringe Collection is not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages. In the case a package is refused and returned to Fringe Collection, the total cost of shipping and return fees will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Fringe Collection is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive our signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Fringe Collection issued gift cards and store credit.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Taxes are calculated at the time of checkout. Sales tax is not charged when purchasing a gift card.
All items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.
Price adjustments and Discount Code: We offer a one time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 24 hours of your order or if you forgot to use a Discount Code. The adjustment amount will be offered in the form of a merchandise credit to FringeCollection.com to be used toward a future purchase. Please email your credit request to Orders@FringeCollection.com within 24 hours of your order for a merchandise credit to be issued for future purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any amount back to your credit card.
Fringe Collection gift cards can be used online only and cannot be redeemed in store. Shop and use your Fringe Collection gift card to pay, either in full or toward the total purchase. We will keep track of your balance so you can use it on one purchase and then use it again with the remaining balance. Fringe Collection gift cards never expire, are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Fringe Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Final Sale and Last Chance Items
- All Sale Items are Final. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items.
Defects or Damaged Items:
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email Orders@FringeCollection.com
- Within 3 days of order delivery, you must notify us by email of all defects and issues and must include order number and images of the issue.
- Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be assessed a restocking fee to be returned.
- We are unable to make exceptions to our 3 day policy, if tags have been removed, or if the items has been worn or washed.
- Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital merchandise credit.
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached (with our exact method of tagging).
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
- Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. For returned items past the 14 day return period, a 50% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 14 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
- Exchanges are only for the same item in different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange will be possible.
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The item you are exchanging must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.
- Please email Orders@FringeCollection.com as soon as possible so we have a higher chance of fulfilling your exchange request and provide the order # for faster service and add Exchange in the subject line.
- Ship your return item back. Once we receive the return item (please allow up to 7 business days for processing), we will ship out your new item.
- If we are currently sold out of the size desired, we will be unable to process an exchange so please refer to the return instructions above.
To ship back your order:
- We do not provide free return shipping.
- When shipping back your order, please reuse the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes when possible.
- Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended.
- Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return. You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order.

Each item is photographed to it's very best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
